Dear Vista Academy Families,

 

My name is Samantha Ramos and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the Parent Coordinator of Vista Academy. My role as Parent Coordinator is to support the most important people in your children’s lives, which is you! I will be serving at that much needed bridge between home and school. I am here to answer questions and to support you with any concerns regarding your child's academic or social life at Vista. It is understandable how we as parents would be nervous for our kids as they enter into new endeavors such as Middle School, nevertheless as your Parent Coordinator I will be there to walk you through whatever concerns, apprehensions or questions you might have. I promise that if I can’t find an answer to your questions, I will find you someone who can. My expectations for this year are to cover topics of interest that concern you as parents. I also plan to bring you various workshops that are intended to help you and your family. I encourage you to stay informed about your child’s education. I understand that circumstances often prevent parents from coming into the school as often as they might like, which is why I am asking every parent to please provide me with their e-mail address if one is available as well as complete the contact sheet with your updated cell number. I will be sending you updates from time to time via e-mail and through text.  Please be sure to download the “Vista Academy” app onto your mobile phone.
